Monmouth County Park System Lifeguards

Spike Fowler, Lifeguard Supervisor, has been lifeguarding for Monmouth County Park System at Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park in Long Branch,New Jersey since 1989.  During this time, operations, equipment and communications were significantly upgraded and services were expanded to the public by opening additional bathing areas.  The Lifeguard team regularly competes in area tournaments.
